As we stand on the edge of a new year and bid farewell to 2023, it’s time to reflect on the remarkable journey we’ve had at Reditus. The twelve months that passed by were filled with accomplishments that not only strengthened our position in the market but also underlined our commitment to delivering tailored solutions to our clients’ needs.
However, 2023 was not solely defined by professional victories and milestones in our CPQ and Salesforce Multicloud implementations. It was filled with moments that brightened up our everyday activities. We made sure to blend in enthusiasm and teamwork, creating an environment where innovation and enjoyment went hand in hand.

Office Makeover Madness: A Team Effort (March)
The year started with a burst of energy as Reditus employees collaborated enthusiastically on the finishing touches for our revamped office space. Tasks, from assembling desks to mounting monitors and injecting a pop of colour into the walls, became a shared effort that spotlighted the robust teamwork embedded in Reditus’s identity.
This collective initiative not only physically transformed our workspace but also reflected the dynamic spirit of our team, ensuring that our office environment resonates with innovation and creativity.
Ghent Office Grand Opening (March)
In the same month, Reditus had a fantastic celebration to mark the opening of their office in Ghent. The event was filled with laughter, and our team enjoyed a tour of the new space and engaged in an exciting brainstorming session for upcoming events. The positive energy from that evening set a wonderful tone for the months to follow.
The Ghent office, with its modern design, now stands as a testament to our commitment to creating a dynamic environment that fosters both professional excellence and a sense of community.
Geek Chic: Team Building at Comic Con (May)
Indulging in the vibrant facets of our geeky passions, the Reditus team embarked on a spirited team-building adventure on a sun-drenched Sunday, making our way to Comic Con in Brussels. This exciting day was brimming with thrilling superhero encounters, an awe-inspiring exploration of sci-fi wonders, and culminated in a delightful dinner.
As the day unfolded, it became a captivating showcase of the diverse interests that thrive within our dynamic team. From animated discussions about favorite comic book heroes to shared enthusiasm for the futuristic marvels of science fiction, Comic Con provided a platform for us to celebrate the rich mosaic of passions that make our team uniquely vibrant.
State of the Union: Reflecting on Success (June and September)
Twice in 2023, Reditus came together for our very own State of the Union events. These gatherings allowed us to reflect on our achievements during the first and second halves of the year. Coupled with delicious dinners, these sessions strengthened our sense of unity and purpose.
Sizzling Summer BBQ and Beyond (July)
July brought sizzling summer vibes to our office with a BBQ feast featuring delicious ribs, burgers, and sausages, complemented by refreshing beverages. This laid-back day sparked the birth of non-work-related activities, including a darting competition, greening the office with numerous plants, and the introduction of a stress-busting boxing pole.
Empowering Team Dynamics with Jan Aquarius (November and December)
In the latter part of the year, Reditus invested in its team’s personal and professional growth with group coaching sessions facilitated by Jan Aquarius. These sessions fostered open communication, creating a comfortable space where personal experiences and feelings could be shared, further strengthening the bonds within the team.
In the second session, the team also came up with a brainstorming session on how we could improve the day-to-day workspace with some fun stuff. We came up with a meme board so our colleagues can print funny memes and pin them on the board located at our office. Furthermore, we also decided to organize an award show at the beginning of next year and hold some after-work drinks. Lastly, we even decided to introduce an office dog to empower pawtastic positivity at work!
NanoClash Extravaganza (December)
As the year wound down, Reditus continued its tradition of ending on a high note. December saw us enjoying dinner and doing team building, where we went for VR-shooting games at NanoClash in Ghent. This marked a perfect end to a year filled with achievements and shared moments.
Girleek Internship Success
At Reditus we love giving back towards the Community, that’s one of the reasons why we participate in the Girleek Program, offering internship positions and providing training. We are proud to announce that Killian Kos, a talented young man who followed internship at Reditus, within this program, has passed both the Salesforce Certified Associate and Salesforce Certified Administrator exam certifications within 8 weeks both from the first try. We wish Killian, all the best in his further career and are looking forward to next year’s edition.
Christmas Spirit at Reditus
