Quote-to-Cash with Intelligence: Agentforce Revenue Management Today

There are many companies that run quoting, ordering, billing, revenue recognition and amendments as separate systems. We see cases where invoicing a signed deal takes many manual steps, many systems and so many people checking each other’s work. Quoting is often disconnected from ordering, ordering from billing, and case management from all of it, leaving sales, finance and support teams losing connection and adding more manual work. Salesforce came up with a solution to this growing issue in the market to run quote-to-cash faster, but with more intelligence.

This is what I wanted to write about today: how Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) is the modern foundation for quote-to-cash, and Agentforce is the layer that automates and accelerates the work running on top of it as an AI agent. The market today is built in a way that you can’t escape AI agents, and we need to adapt them into our business processes.

Reditus consultants have already built Agentforce scenarios inside Revenue Cloud for a real client, and in this article, I’ll walk you through what ARM and Agentforce are, how they integrate, and what we’ve built for the customers.

CPQ to ARM in Benelux: Closing the gap to the agentic dream

Joost Van Elsuwé joined a Salesforce-hosted panel on CPQ to ARM migration at World Tour Brussels this week, alongside Brian Galdino, Joel Bynens and fellow partners. Our Reditus team was in the room, talking to customers and partners throughout the day. The questions were sharp. And the conversations confirmed what we hear from Benelux companies constantly.
Most of them are not standing still but also not moving forward.

Web Summit 2025: Key Takeaways from Lisbon

Lisbon once again played host to Web Summit last week, bringing together a vibrant mix of founders, investors, journalists, and policymakers. While AI dominance was expected, the different flavours of it showed where the industry is heading in 2026 and beyond.

This year, the conference hosted over 70,000 attendees and speakers, including five-time Grand Slam singles champion Maria Sharapova, Anton Osika (CEO of Europe’s fastest-growing AI startup Lovable), and TikTok sensation Khaby Lame.

Furthermore, the Night Summit effectively complemented the day conference, facilitating continued networking opportunities in Lisbon’s numerous authentic bars and cafés.

My first months as a Junior Salesforce Business Analyst at Reditus – And Why I Joined Reditus

Moving to Belgium was one of the best decisions I ever made. I quickly fell in love with Ghent, its energy, its people, the way it felt like home almost instantly. Like many expats, I came here to build not just a career, but a life.

But life was suddenly put at risk when I was laid off. It wasn’t just about losing a job, it was the fear of losing everything I had worked so hard to create.

So I made a decision: no more playing it safe. I would give 100% to finding a job I actually wanted, something I could love and grow in and not just tolerate.

That’s when I came across Reditus. I saw that they were working on Salesforce-related technical projects, and it immediately caught my interest. I wasn’t sure if I had what it takes. I come from a law and business background. Could I really handle technical work? Was Salesforce something I could build a future in? Would I actually enjoy implementing it across organizations and solving complex business problems? I didn’t know for sure, but the interest was there, quietly, in the background.

My First Experience With Agentforce

Agentforce was announced at Dreamforce 2024, and it caught my attention. I was curious about how Salesforce was rethinking AI-driven productivity, as Reditus consultants always stay up to date with the latest changes from Salesforce. To fully understand the concept, our consultants go through the Agentforce certification to implement it in further projects.

If you are new to Agentforce and curious about its capabilities, this article is right for you.

Reditus: Revenue Cloud Partner at YeurDreamin’ 2025

Every time I attend a Salesforce community event, whether it’s a local user group meetup or a major conference like YeurDreamin’, I come away energized and inspired. The energy in the room is contagious: hundreds of Salesforce enthusiasts, customers, and experts all exchanging ideas, success stories, and the latest tips. As a Salesforce professional, I love being part of this special community, for the events, for the connections and for the knowledge shared.

Beyond my own enjoyment, there’s a business reason for this too. As Managing Partner at Reditus, a consultancy specializing in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) platform on Salesforce), I believe it’s essential for us as a partner to be actively involved and supportive in these community gatherings. In this post, I want to share why I am so passionate about community events and why companies like Reditus make it a priority to participate. I’ll also highlight our recent experience at YeurDreamin’ 2025, where we learned from others and shared what we know.
