My first months as a Junior Salesforce Business Analyst at Reditus – And Why I Joined Reditus
Moving to Belgium was one of the best decisions I ever made. I quickly fell in love with Ghent, its energy, its people, the way it felt like home almost instantly. Like many expats, I came here to build not just a career, but a life.
But life was suddenly put at risk when I was laid off. It wasn’t just about losing a job, it was the fear of losing everything I had worked so hard to create.
So I made a decision: no more playing it safe. I would give 100% to finding a job I actually wanted, something I could love and grow in and not just tolerate.
That’s when I came across Reditus. I saw that they were working on Salesforce-related technical projects, and it immediately caught my interest. I wasn’t sure if I had what it takes. I come from a law and business background. Could I really handle technical work? Was Salesforce something I could build a future in? Would I actually enjoy implementing it across organizations and solving complex business problems? I didn’t know for sure, but the interest was there, quietly, in the background.
Gladly, I was invited to an interview with Reditus. From the very first conversation, it was clear what the role would involve and what was expected from the team.
There was no confusion, everything was straightforward and transparent. The business case was complex but genuinely fascinating. For the first time, I got to explore Salesforce hands-on while preparing for the interview, and I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it.
I experienced the interview process as very pleasant. We talked, we laughed, and I could feel that the management and future teammates genuinely care about people.
The Onboarding?
Everything I needed was prepared. The team made sure I was fully equipped and supported, especially as I started prepping for the Salesforce Admin exam—the first test everyone has to pass to enter the Salesforce world.
Reditus provided all the materials, practice exams, and most importantly, encouragement. Any time I had a question, someone was there. That’s the beauty of a startup: you’re never invisible.
And I passed. Admin certified. And I moved on to my first real projects.
The Job?
One of my first assignments was with a company in the software development industry, where I supported configuration tasks and helped with CPQ-related questions. I also worked with a client in the human resources services sector, contributing to sales and marketing initiatives, as well as assisting with Sales Cloud and CPQ expertise.
Implementing Salesforce in an organization is a complex process. It starts with gathering requirements, then translating those business needs into Salesforce technical logic. You work closely with consultants and developers to ensure the end result is a solution that actually solves the organization’s core sales and marketing challenges.
Self Development
Our management took the time to organize one-on-one goal-setting meetings with each of us to really talk about where we see ourselves professionally and what professional success looks like for us individually. They asked which direction within Salesforce we wanted to explore, and together we mapped out a clear plan.
This year, I’ll focus on Agentforce (Salesforce’s new AI tool), CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud. I’ll be taking ownership of these areas, building deep expertise, and becoming the go-to person for the team. It’s a path that helps me grow toward a future managerial role.
And Reditus supports that fully.

They also care about mental health. We have a year-long Growth Mindset program, where we work with a personal coach to explore how to unlock our full potential and achieve the goals we’ve set for ourselves.
The friendly remote work culture, after-work drinks, and active team-building events create an exceptional environment. There’s a truly welcoming, open, and human vibe here that I deeply appreciate. I’m very satisfied and grateful to be a part of this team.
If you’re considering a move, I really encourage you to apply to Reditus. And if you have any questions about the company feel free to contact us or message me.
