Reditus: Revenue Cloud Partner at YeurDreamin’ 2025

Every time I attend a Salesforce community event, whether it’s a local user group meetup or a major conference like YeurDreamin’, I come away energized and inspired. The energy in the room is contagious: hundreds of Salesforce enthusiasts, customers, and experts all exchanging ideas, success stories, and the latest tips. As a Salesforce professional, I love being part of this special community, for the events, for the connections and for the knowledge shared.

Beyond my own enjoyment, there’s a business reason for this too. As Managing Partner at Reditus, a consultancy specializing in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) platform on Salesforce), I believe it’s essential for us as a partner to be actively involved and supportive in these community gatherings. In this post, I want to share why I am so passionate about community events and why companies like Reditus make it a priority to participate. I’ll also highlight our recent experience at YeurDreamin’ 2025, where we learned from others and shared what we know.

The Value of Salesforce Community Events

Software demos are part of it, but what really makes Salesforce community events valuable is people coming together to learn and grow. Over the years, I’ve  noticed a few key reasons these events are so valuable:

  • Fresh Knowledge and Innovations: Every event is a learning opportunity. You hear about the latest Salesforce features, see live demos of new tools, and learn creative solutions from real users. Whether it’s a new update in Salesforce Revenue Cloud or a clever workaround for a common problem, there’s always something new to take away and apply to your own Quote-to-Cash process.
  • Networking and Connection: The connections made at community events are priceless. You meet fellow Salesforce enthusiasts, share stories, and build relationships. This could mean finding a mentor, meeting a future colleague, or even connecting with a potential customer or partner. The Salesforce ecosystem is a tight-knit community, and events are where those ties get even stronger through face-to-face (or virtual) conversations.
  • Community Spirit and Support: What stands out most is how willing people are to help each other. People share their wins and their lessons openly, so others can learn from both. No matter your background or experience level, you’re welcomed as part of the Salesforce “ohana” (family). This supportive atmosphere makes learning fun and keeps us all passionate about what we do.

Why Partner Involvement Matters

For a Salesforce partner company like Reditus, being deeply involved in community events is part of how we do business. The Salesforce platform evolves quickly, and our clients count on us to be ahead of the curve. Attending these events helps us stay up-to-date on the latest innovations, so we can bring fresh ideas and solutions back to our client projects. When Salesforce unveils a new capability or the community starts buzzing about a new best practice, we want to be the first to know and ready to implement it.

These events are also where we share our own expertise. By speaking at conferences or leading workshops, we give back to the community that has given us so much. At the same time, we demonstrate our knowledge in Quote-to-Cash solutions, which helps build trust and shows that we care about growing the ecosystem. Others learn from what we share, and the questions we get back often teach us something too.

Being present and supportive at community events keeps us connected with the real-world needs of Salesforce users. We get to hear directly from attendees about their challenges and successes, which informs how we advise our clients. We often find that prospects or clients attend these events too. When they see us engaging, answering questions, or simply participating enthusiastically, it sends a clear message that we’re invested in the community.

There’s another benefit: hiring and team morale. Salesforce professionals gravitate toward companies that are active in the community. In fact, some of our own team members first connected with us at a community meetup! By being out there, we meet passionate talent who might become the next great addition to our team. Plus, our current consultants feel proud to be part of a company that sponsors and contributes to events.

YeurDreamin’ 2025

One recent example of community magic was YeurDreamin’ 2025, one of Europe’s premier Salesforce community conferences. It took place in March 2025 and brought together Salesforce professionals and enthusiasts from all over the Benelux and beyond. We at Reditus were thrilled to attend and to actively contribute. In fact, our co-founder Joost Van Elsuwe and our first employee Kobe Bernar presented a breakout session titled “Beyond CPQ: Multi-Channel Sales With Revenue Cloud.”

In their session, Joost and Kobe walked through Salesforce’s latest updates in the Quote-to-Cash space. They introduced Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), the new on-platform successor to Steelbrick CPQ, Salesforce’s earlier Configure-Price-Quote solution. Think of RCA as the next generation of Salesforce CPQ. They also showed how it supports multi-channel sales.

The live demo was the highlight. Joost and Kobe extended a traditional CPQ process beyond internal sales reps, showing how partners and customers can get their own quotes through self-service portals and e-commerce sites, all connected through Revenue Cloud’s API-first architecture.

Here are a few key takeaways from their presentation:

  • Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA): the new on-platform successor to Steelbrick CPQ (Salesforce’s original CPQ product). RCA is a fully integrated Quote-to-Cash solution built natively on Salesforce, picking up where the old CPQ left off.
  • Clean, API-first Q2C experience: Revenue Cloud Advanced is built API-first, which makes the whole Quote-to-Cash process easier to connect and run. In practice, this means you can easily integrate quoting and selling processes into multiple channels and external systems (beyond the standard Salesforce interface) using robust APIs.
  • Game-changing upgrades: The platform includes many incremental improvements that refine the CPQ process, along with a few major new features that significantly expand what’s possible.

The response to our session was fantastic. One attendee even shared on LinkedIn afterward that they hadnever seen the Quote-to-Cash flow explained so clearly and simply as in our presentation. Hearing that kind of feedback is rewarding for our team. That’s why we make the effort to participate in these events. Sharing knowledge helps others succeed, and it strengthens the Salesforce community. And of course, we learned a ton ourselves at YeurDreamin’ from the other sessions and discussions, which we’re excited to bring back to our projects.
