Job Purpose and Impact 

As a Salesforce Business Analyst at our organization, you will play an instrumental role in optimizing our use of the Salesforce platform to meet our evolving business needs. Your insights and solutions will enable us to better manage our customer relationships, streamline our sales processes, and ultimately drive our company’s growth.

Key Functions:

  • Salesforce System Management: Maintain, manage, and optimize Salesforce systems to ensure they align with business needs and objectives. This includes user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze current business processes and performance, and create strategic recommendations for improvements.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Salesforce’s data capabilities to create complex reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to drive decision-making across the organization.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with various business units and stakeholders to understand their specific needs and challenges. You will also act as the primary point of contact for any Salesforce-related queries and training needs.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of Salesforce project lifecycles, from requirement gathering to system implementation and user acceptance testing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively stay up to date with Salesforce updates, industry trends, and the latest technologies to ensure the organization maximizes its utilization of Salesforce.

Your Profile 

  • You have an Economics, Business, or IT related degree (master or bachelor).
  • You have 5+ years of implementation experience.
  • You have multiple certifications (minimal certifications are Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant).
  • CPQ experience is a plus, but not required.
  • You have good analytical skills.
  • You are a team player and ready to inspire your team members.
  • You are a proactive consultant, and you can work independently.
  • You are willing to continuously improve yourself.
  • You value customer success highly.
  • You are focused on creating added value.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
